Emotional Freedom Techniques™ (EFT) provides a quick and easy way to eliminate pain, such as headaches and backaches, and other health problems. It can also help you overcome cravings, and eliminate feelings of anger, depression, grief, guilt, and anxiety. The EFT program was developed by Gary Craig as recently as 1995 and is based on the work of psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan. With EFT, relief from symptoms is quick, often within minutes. EFT is easy to use. You don’t even have to believe in the techniques for it to work. The method is so simple that even children can use it. EFT methods are similar to acupuncture and acupressure. Instead of using needles or pressure, you tap on energy points throughout your upper body. By tapping on the 12 energy points while focusing on the issue you want to resolve, you quickly experience profound changes in your emotional and physical health. Your therapist will teach you EFT during your session and give you a handout that describes the techniques and shows the tapping points. After just one session, you will be able use EFT on your own. Click here: http://www.emofree.com/a/?3851 to take a look at the EFT home page. It is very informative with many case studies, answers to many questions, and provides inspirational and motivational articles. You can also download the complete basic manual from there, or watch this 7-minute video. And it’s free. Take a look. Important Note: While EFT has produced remarkable clinical results, it is still in the experimental stage. Thus, practitioners and the public must take complete responsibility for their use of it. Bobbie Stasey is not a licensed health professional and offers EFT as an ordained minister and as a personal coach. Visit her website: www.bobbiestasey.com
